a man named Masaru Emoto, a non-christian scientist, has found out that our thoughts, words, sounds and pictures affect water crystals...


he place distilled water in, firstly, under music.
and then froze the water.
he then place the frozen water under a microscope.
these are his results..... Bach Air for G string music
music for healings....
heavy metal music...

as a result, it is concluded that soft music forms beautiful crystals in water while loud and rock songs deforms water crystals.


next, he typed words on paper and taped the paper onto the glagg bottles holding the distilled water for a night.
he then freeze that water and place it under microscope....

he used words like," you make me sick" and "i will kill you".
he used the words," thank you" and "love"


as a result, words like vulgarities and hurting words deform water crystals. calming and happy words form beautiful crystals in water.


Since the human is 70% water — Ultimately it means that what we think and say will result in our health.
you choose, people.
to fill your heads with vulgarities or with happy and good thoughts.
it depends on your health, so think before you say the "F" word or CB or whatever!!!

Here are some jokes to cheer you guys up:

Ah Beng went for an job interview for a sales job. When the manager saw Ah Beng's colourful attire, his mind screamed, "Not this man!!"

Nevertheless he still had to entertain Ah Beng. So he told Ah Beng, "If you can form a sentence using the words I give you, then I will give you a chance!"

"The words are 'Green, Pink, Yellow, Blue, White, Purple, Black'."

Ah Beng thought for a while and said "I heard the phone go green, green, and then I went to pink up the phone and said Yellow. Blue's that? White did you say? Aiyah, wrong number. Don't purplely disturb people and don't call Black, ok?"

Ah Beng got the job.



One evening, Ah Beng and Ah Seng went to a lounge and requested the DJ to play the song "Ah Cheng Buey Lo Ti" (Ah Cheng buys bread). The DJ told them they only played English songs and asked them to request another song. They were upset and complained to the manager that the DJ was insulting them. After many hours of calming them down, the manager found out they were actually requesting the Righteous Brothers' song, "Unchained Melody".



Last night, an incident took place at Boat Quay. What happened was some idiot was trying to show off and declared that he would swim across the Singapore River. He jumped in and started swimming. But before he could reach the halfway mark, he started to panic and started to shout for help.

Being typical Singaporeans, a crowd started to gather to watch and yet no attempt was made by anybody to save that poor chap.

Suddenly there was a splash and the crowd turned to see a guy doing what seemed like a desperate attempt to reach the drowning victim.

It was clear that this hero couldn't swim!

Luckily a tongkang filled with tourists was passing by and the operator saw the incident and picked both men from the water. The crowd cheered!

Back on shore, the crowd cheered again as the hero stepped off the tongkang. "Steady Lah!" and "Awright, man!" were among the many congratulations shouted.

The hero looked angry and shouted "Kan ni na! Siang too wa loh chui?" (#@! Who pushed me into the water?)



Ah Beng and Ah Seng went to a hawker centre. Ah Seng noticed the hygiene grades issued by the Ministry of Health pasted at each stall and asked Ah Beng, "Eh, the 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' stand for what ah?"

Ah Beng snorted and said, "Aiyah, this sort of thing you also dunno! 'D' stand for 'delicious', 'C' stand for 'can eat', 'B' stand for 'buay sai'(cannot) and 'A' stand for 'Alamak'!"



Hmmm and for this week's Stress Relief Tip:

Go do aromatheraphy and get a massage.

I need a second chance. :(

I know everyone took today's sudden news very hard and I know everyone is definitely reluctant to let go.

But here's what I have to say:

Who are we to make her stay, to make her delay her dreams?

Yeah it sucks that all the good teachers are leaving but can't we look at the situation from a different perspective?

I mean, for them to leave, the school must really suck it was ultimately their decision, right?

Shouldn't we be happy for them instead?

I mean, Mr _____ is happy that he's leaving the school, he doesn't have to suffer here anymore.

And Mrs Teo is leaving for the sake of pursuing her dreams, that she shelved away for a very long time, and possibly a Baby Teo.

So we shouldn't be upset, we shouldn't cry.

We should spend whatever time we have left well.

Cheer up okay everyone?

'Cause the one that's taking it the hardest right now is not us, but Mrs Teo herself.

So don't be selfish people, be happy for her :)
